Jack Doherty | Waypoint

19 December 2015

WAYPOINT – A multi-site exhibition of contemporary soda-fired porcelain vessels by Jack Doherty.

In 2015, Waypoint was exhibited during the St Ives September festival. The core of the exhibition was hosted by the New Craftsman Gallery with an element of the work presented in key non-art sites around the town. Waypoint focuses on the historic fishermen’s chapels and traditional places of refuge; St Leonards Chapel, located on the harbour, St Nicholas Chapel, the island and the Fisherman’s Rose Lodge on the wharf.
